Project Brief
This client instructed GI Sykes as the main contractor for their extension project on a period property in Hagley, West Midlands. After initially contacting other builders, they found us easy to talk to and said that we put them at ease with our knowledge and excellent references for this type of work.
What we did:
As the main contractor, we worked closely with the client and the architect. First, clearing the ground and putting the footings in place before our team of expert bricklayers produced a stunning extension, which mirrors the main house in style and elegance. We completed all the internal decoration to a high standard, making the new rooms of the extension bright and vibrant. To finish, we landscaped the gardens and created a block paving driveway.
The project lasted for 8 weeks and cost £45,000.
