Camphill Village Trust, a current client of ours, asked us to refurbish two of their assisted living properties in Stourbridge and Kidderminster. As a building contractor we were able to undertake the building, painting and decorating and property maintenance elements of the project. Giving them a simple and complete solution.
This client hired us as their residential building contractor to complete the construction of a first storey extension on their home. The extension was to form a new master bedroom and ensuite.
As a specialist coatings contractor, this specialist coatings project was brought to us by the client due to the deterioration of the existing cladding coating. The client had three industrial units on this Industrial Estate, all in need of attention and protection. We were instructed to restore the external cladding and roller shutters in accordance with the original colour scheme.
Through competitive tender, we were tasked with completing the full internal and external refurbishment of the old sixth form house at Bishop’s Castle Community College.
This client contacted us as they were experiencing several roof leaks across the original factory profile steel roof. As specialist coatings and flat roofing experts, we were asked to restore the roof covering and gutters.
After winning this school building renovation project through competitive tender, we were tasked with redeveloping the existing sports hall at Ellowes Hall Sports College into a dining room facility. The new development was to provide space for up to 200 students and include a hot servery and a till service area.
