Project Brief
The client required us to modernise the site after the dilapidation of a property. The brief was to respray the existing windows and to give the property a new lease of life. Bringing the building in line with the colour scheme of the other units on the industrial estate.
What we did:
The client asked GI Sykes to recoat and spray the dull, red window frames in a modern grey which brought the building in line with the estate’s image.
We first jet washed the building, before masking the area to protect the glass. We then sprayed the frames with a modern grey ensuring there was no overspray.
Using a cherry picker, and making sure health and safety was paramount, we finished the job within the timeframe given to us by the client, who had a new tenant waiting to move in.
