CROWNHILL MEADOW

Working closely with the architect we constructed a single-storey extension to the rear of the property including drainage alterations, structural alterations to form an opening between the existing kitchen and extension.

We used brickwork to match the existing property and incorporated a large bifold door, UPVC double glazed windows and a roof lantern to flood the extension with natural light.

Internally, we extended the existing heating, electrical and lighting circuits, and laid laminate flooring through the kitchen to ensure a seamless finish between the two spaces.

The works were completed over a ten-week period whilst the family remained in the property with their three young children. The works were planned with the client to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum and the property remained safe and secure throughout the project.

The result was a functional and stylish extension, completed in a timely manner with minimal disruption to the family.
