Project Brief
For this project, we were required to provide a service that could help protect the exterior of several newly built warehouse facilities on a new trading estate on the M40 corridor. We were also contracted to provide decoration to the interior office spaces, corridors and stairwells.
What we did
This was a large project. The site is currently 1 million square feet – which is the equivalent to 200 football pitches – and still growing!
We were contracted to do a full internal decoration of the new office blocks, corridors and stairwells, to make them welcoming and vibrant to staff and visitors. We were also required to provide a thorough clean in all external areas on the site – to eliminate the dust of the construction process and create a nice, tidy environment.
We used JOTON Intermissive Fire Protection Coating to add a protective layer to the cladding. This helps protect the building from fire, meets the fire safety standards and comes with a 10 year warranty. Due to the size of some of the buildings, we used an extra reach boom lift to enable us to coat the roof and guttering.
