Project Brief:
Due to deterioration of the existing cladding coating to three industrial units on this Industrial Estate we were instructed to restore the external cladding and roller shutters in accordance with the original colour scheme.
What we did:
A total of 700m2 of cladding, downpipes, flashings, and three roller shutters across three units were recoated.
Using specialist Mobile Elevated Working Platforms all surfaces were thoroughly cleaned using high pressure water cleaning equipment to remove vegetation, contaminants and all loose/ flaking materials.
Exposed galvanised metals were treated with a mordant solution before being primed with a single pack primer.
Following preparation, two coats of specialist Semi Gloss Cladding Coating were applied to the cladding, flashings, downpipes and roller shutter doors in the clients chosen colour scheme.
