Unfortunately this often means that painting and maintenance work is not carried out and properties deteriorate further, requiring even more work to return the building to a healthy state.
Our programmed painting services allow our clients to keep their property(s) maintained to high standards over the long term. Through our bespoke programme we will carry out a full painting and maintenance project to return your property to an excellent condition; and via our painting programme contract we will spread the cost of this work over 3 - 15 years.
Our programmes are flexible and designed to meet your organisation's needs. We can include a full programme of internal and external painting and decoration, external areas only or any other specified areas.
We develop a schedule of works to maintain the agreed areas of the building(s) that will be require painting and maintenance throughout the contract.
In year 1 we will complete the full schedule of works.
We return each year at agreed intervals to assess the property and complete any works required to maintain the property within our agreed contract.
