Bio Energiser
Project Brief
Bio Energiser wanted to update their tired-looking building and revamp it in line with the rest of the company’s branding. As well as the external facelift, they required some works completing on the roof – including fitting new skylights – and a thorough building clean.
What we did:
Working as the main contractor, the project took 4 weeks to complete and came in on budget at a cost of £20,000.
G I Sykes replaced all the damaged cladding, then to eliminate the risk of overspray, we hand-painted the cladding using a Tor Coating paint that is long-lasting with a 10 year warranty.
We also replaced 20 skylights that were damaged with made to measure units. We installed and secured them with the latest sealant and attachments, to ensure a watertight and durable finish. As a final part of the project, we erected a Palisade fence to secure the area as requested by the client.
