G I Sykes Ltd was contracted to carry out the external decoration of a very good private client.The property was painted with Farrow and Ball masonry paints to give them a glow of colour and all the woodwork was treated with the Jotun Demidec water based coating system. The Demidec system is an excellent system and makes future maintenance very cost effective. G I Sykes has an ongoing contract with the client to return to the property every three years and apply one coat of Demidec to the woodwork to help maintain its pristine appearance.
